SEIC - Enrollment Information


2009 SEIC Announced

Washington University , August 19, 2008 -

The goal of the Social Entrepreneurship and Innovation Competition is to stimulate activity that leads to innovative approaches to the area's social problems.  Free YouthBridge Workshops complement the SEIC, although attendance at the workshops is not required to enter the SEIC.

Introduction to the Social Entrepreneurship and Innovation Competition

Description Attend this event to learn more about the 2009 Social Entrepreneurship and Innovation Competition (SEIC), which has awarded more than $300,000 to social enterprises since 2005. The event will feature an introduction to social enterprise and a panel discussion from past competition participants.  Attendees will be given an opportunity to brainstorm with others and receive feedback on their own ideas for social enterprises. We will conclude with a reception.

Description

Plan to join us for the fall kickoff of the 2009 Social Entrepreneurship and Innovation Competition to learn more about the competition and connect with others to help move your idea forward. We will feature a keynote speaker TBA. Registration at 5:30, Program at 6:00, followed by a reception for all.
