YouthBridge and Skandalaris Center of Washington University select 14 Semi-finalists for 2006 Social Entrepenuership and Innovation Competition (SEIC).
Congratulations!
St. Louis , March 03, 2006
-Fourteen semi-finalists remain in the field. We were very pleased with the response to the competition and the quality of the executive summaries, and had a difficult task selecting the semifinalists. The next step is the Elevator Pitch Competition on Thursday, March 30th. Judges will select and announce the finalists at 5pm on that date at a public event at Washington University. The speaker will be Theresa Wilson, founder of The Blessing Basket Project and winner of the 2006 Social Entrepreneurship Award. Mark your calendars!
The semifinalists include both existing and new not-for-profit ventures. Some with student participation and some without. All ideas are posted on www.ideabounce.com.
